A summary of our terms and conditions relating to all commercial training
Our standard payment terms is that payment is taken at booking unless otherwise stated.
Bookings may be made by on line, via email, or phone. Telephone bookings must be confirmed in writing upon request. Please quote purchase order numbers where applicable.
Should circumstances mean that you must cancel your course, the following charges will be applicable:

On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may require us to cancel a course. In such circumstances, you will be given as much notice as possible and either a free transfer to another course date or a full refund of fees paid. We reserve the right to change venue if circumstances dictate but will make every effort to find a suitable alternative.
All course fees are subject to the current VAT (valid exemptions only).
We welcome participants with disabilities and kindly request, for setup purposes, notification of any assistance that a participant is likely to need during the running of the course.
All information that we hold concerning you will be held and processed strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998. As an individual, you have a right under the Data Protection Act 1998 to obtain information from us, including a description of the data that we hold on you.
All participants should be suitably attired in smart/casual clothing and take into consideration that air-conditioning can make venue warm/cool.
